Not sure if I've posted in here but this was one of the places I looked at, as well as Trustpilot when I was purchasing my laptop from PC Specialist. Like anyone, I was a bit worried by some of the reviews but I'm happy to say that I'd recommend PCS.

I did have some issues with the OS getting corrupt somehow but it was fairly easily resolved by PCS taking the laptop back and repairing it by reinstalling the OS. I then had an issue where the programs that were originally installed weren't on there and I couldn't see all of my power settings/options in Control Panel. Again, easily resolved by remote support so all in all, I'd recommend and I am happy to recommend.

I plan on using them again in the future to buy a desktop.
