Album here - sorry, taken on a 10 year old point and shoot - I'm by no means a pro or even competent photographer, but tried my best to make them look good.
Made using terminals, connectors, cable combs and Starry night Imperial Red w/ stripes (25 ft. each) from Ensourced.
Wire was 16 AWG UL1007 from Buywireonline in both black and white.
Tools I used:
Iwiss Dupont crimper (cheap one on Amazon)
Mainframe customs paracord threader - lifesaver, no joke
BIC lighter
I'd also suggest picking up some gloves for melting paracord. I'll try some Mechanix and make a post regarding how they work out.
Overall, making your own set is incredibly cheap - you can make your own custom 16 AWG extensions set (gpu, cpu, and mobo) for under $20 - it's the tools that are a big upfront cost.
I've designed my own cable combs in Fusion 360, I just need to print them out using 3d Hubs. Once I get the sizes dialed in, I'll put all of the 3d files up for free, so have at printing them yourself, or through 3d Hubs.
