Red Deadeye filter not showing

Whenever I use deadeye the red filter doesn’t show up for some reason. I can still use it fine, it’s just that. I was using the photorealistic shader mod when I thought was the culprit and uninstalled it but it is still there. The only other visual mods I’m using is vestigia and gun metal rework and I’m in chapter 1 of the game.
