Hello all! I hope you’re having a marvelous day. I’m new to the sub, but not new to PCOS. I’m 21 years old and was diagnosed at 14. I’m overweight (216lbs) and I want to start working out. My goal is to lose some weight and try to bring some balance in my life. Not really sure where to start. I’ve seen lots of TikToks and Pinterest boards of what to do and what not to do. If anyone has any suggestions on workouts or meal prep, please let me know! Also, if you have a favorite creator that you follow on social media that would be helpful as well. I just graduated from college so I feel like now is the best time to put my best foot forward.

EDIT:: I think it’s important to note that I’m taking metformin extended release daily!
