Is weight loss typically this slow?
Post Body
I’ve been working out 5x a week ( strength and cardio, for an hour) and I’m working with a dietician (in a 500-600 deficit, eating about 1600 calories a day). I’m also working with a personal trainer.
I’ve gained 3 pounds of muscle and lost 1 pound of body fat.
I’m SO frustrated. Does anyone else see this happening to them?
I’m in the process of getting my thyroid tested too just to rule it out. I just want my body to cooperate with all this hard work I’m putting in.
