Ok. Hear me out. This might probably not be healthy but I'm working so hard and I'm so fucking proud I almost died.
I started walking for 20 min in the mornings. Then doing a 45 min weighted workout (dumbells) if I had the time I would jump 15 min on the trampoline. Just jumping nothing special.
I ate normally. No special meals. Just cut out refined sugar and some carbs. Drank 3 liters of water a day. And I fast for 16 hours.
I'm drinking omega 3, zinc, magnesium, vit c, vit b complex, priobotoc, and inistol (1000mg).
It took about a month for the pills to actually do the work but it finally paid off and I'm so happy.
