What workouts are good with PCOS?
Post Body

33F, 170cm and 103kg. (Lost 3kg so far.)

In the past year I got diagsnosed with both PCOS and ADHD. The AHD medication if helping a lot in reducing cravings and making better choices.

I also started to give a low carb diet a try to see if that will chane anything, and after a few days i feel way less hungry between meals and snacks.

For workout i have started walking, trying to average about 10K a day. My job is quiet physical, I lift a lot of bags and items ranging between 5kg to 25kg. But i want to do more. Unfortunally going to the gym is currently not an option as it is 60 euros a month.

I was wondering if someone would have good advice for workouts that i can do and is weightlifting really that more beneficial than cardio? I could invest in a few dumbells and kettlebells if need to.

Edit: I try to consume around 1600 calories each day and avoid soda's and empty calories as much as possible.
