I, 26F, recently diagnosed with PCOS back in 2021. I would love to lose 30-50 pounds but I feel like nothing is working for me. I’ve been working with a nutritionist for 6 weeks and have only lost 2 lbs. Is that normal?
I’ve been walking and swimming 3 times a week. Should I work out more?
I’m consistently eating 1500-1700 calories per day of lean, Whole Foods. I try to eat 4-5 servings of fruits and veggies per day.
Lastly, I’ve heard many success stories with Keto. But I also know someone who went to the hospital because of Keto.
I’m so lost, does anyone have any suggestions on what I can be doing differently? Thank you in advance!
