So I started taking pill version of inositol I took both myo and dchiro through zazzee and wholesome story at the rate of 2000mg myo to 50mg and had barely any side effects, mild dizziness at first but went away quickly with drinking a lot of water. I took this for 3 months

I recently started taking ovasitol I did up the dose to the 2 scoops a day because I had been taking the other inositols for so long that it seemed appropriate. However the side effects from the last 9 days have sucked. Dizziness, headaches, spotting for the entire 9 days, fast heartbeat. I'd prefer not to waste it since it was $90 so I'm going to reduce to half a scoop twice a day but such a crazy jump in symptoms seems so weird.

Has anyone else experienced this?
