I’ve tried the Keto diet but it’s just not for me. I know that low carb diets are encouraged for PCOS patients but it’s a difficult thing for me to maintain.
I don’t know necessarily if it was because of the pill that made me be grossed out by the scent of red meat. But even when it’s cooked the smell makes me want to throw up. So it’s fairly easy for me to give up pork and beef. Ive also lost a preference for sushi. I remember pre-medication I would always crave sushi. But whenever I smell it or am surrounded by it I also feel like throwing up.
The other thing I’ve been obsessed with is shrimp dumplings. For dessert I don’t eat anything except ice cream but only one cone which is still not healthy. I only have it during the weekends because for some reason it calms my nerves.
