I used take FERTILOVIT f-pcos, vitamin d, an iron and zinc supplement, Coq10 and folic acid. These were prescribed by my Obgyn. The fertilovit has an extra satchet of inositol, but it's just too much for me, can get depressing swallowing all of these daily. I still gain a lot of weight, sometimes i win and loose weight, I struggled really hard to maintain my weight class, but recently I've not gained any weight, i think I'll attribute it to change of diet.
Since I have balanced out on my weight for now, I started to search for alternatives to reduce the pills I take daily because I still get crazy craving, so I stumbled on Ovasitol, it's in powder form and you can mix with water or fresh juice, so its tempting really, has myo- inositol and D chiro-inositol, my kind of pcos is more on the insulin resistance part. Has anyone used this (ovasitol)? What are your experiences and is it okay to just use ovasitol, CoQ10 and folic acid instead of the usual that I used to take. Ps I have regular monthly flow but its very painful accompanied with migraines and terrible low back ache, and sometimes it might be 2 or 3 days, my flow usually is 5 days.
