My doctor called me two days ago with the diagnosis that I have PCOS. I grew up in a religious family who never discussed vaginal health or anything beyond that for women besides having periods. Is there any advice with diet, medication, insulin, etc. because I feel incredibly overwhelmed and I also just want like a support group cause this isn't a major topic of discussion for me to have amongst my family either. Thanks :)
