How many carbs did you eat on a low carb diet?

Hey everyone. I'm going to be starting a low carb diet (not keto) and I'm finding conflicting info on what constitutes as "low carb". I've seen 20-56g, 100-150g. 20-70g and the lack of consistent data is getting irritating. So I'd like to ask all you lovelies, how much carbs you eat on a low carb diet while still feeling good effects of being on said diet. Thanks!
