Rough Diagnosis of PCOS

Post Body

I went for an ultrasound and they found a few cysts plus a fibroid and a polyp. I also have histercium (facial hair). I have all these symptoms but my period is still regular. The doctor was oddly vague when not diagnosing me with PCOS. She said that my case is unique because I have all the other symptoms of PCOS but no irregular periods.

Has anyone else had a fibroid on or around a reproductive organ or a polyp before? if so, what was your experience with it? I get pain in my right ovary alllll the time. I know cysts don't cause that so when I found out I have a fibroid as well, I began to think that it must be the fibroid because those can cause pain,
