Period like spotting

Anybody else get spotting in place of a period? (No not pregnant)..... this is kind of a newer symptom of mine that has happened over the last four months. I have always had a semi regular period and only since my symptoms have ramped up have I started missing them. Now however, I keep getting very light blood and sometimes small amount of tissue (like the start of my period) that never amounts to an actual cycle. It’s right around the time that my would be cycle would start... it’s very odd it has happened three times in total (with on regular cycle in between).

So tired of this!!!
