I’ve been searching around and sadly there’s a lot of pseudoscience involved with many PCOS diet recommendations online. My doctor didn’t give me specific guidelines to follow. I would like to avoid doing keto if possible. I’ve done keto before and it was great physically but the restriction isn’t good for my ED. I’m looking for something still low carb/GI and anti-inflammatory that I can do without counting macros. My knowledge of food is pretty decent from 10 years of counting macros. Any resources or papers out there with dietary guidelines that are based on current scientific understanding? Not TTC, just symptom and risk reduction.
