So here is some info: I am 5'4 and 255lbs. I have been on Metformin 3x a day for almost 5 months. I have started getting about 8-10k steps a day and gained endurance. However, even after cutting soda etc the most weight I have lost and seem to keep off is approximately 4 lbs. I am trying everything I can think of, even so active I am now getting blisters and calluses on my feet yet the scale never goes down. I am almost to the point of turning to an illegal drug like meth etc or a eating disorder to get this down. I do not want to go that route however I hate being this size, the same size I have been since I was 15. Any other advice,tips,etc will help. Please
