Warning kinda over sharing and maybe a little graphic? So thank you to everyone responding I do appreciate it and will be looking into some of these suggestions but others have already been explored. Such as- Hormones and fasting insulin have been tested but will ask about HOMA-IR and trying to see an endocrinologist. And the endo laparascopy as I do have concerns with my own sister having it (she is inferle now as she had to have her ovaries removed as they became cancerous, she too had insane difficulty getting diagnosed even though she would have 6 month long agonising periods or just no period at all). Apparently my thyroids are fine? Have had major Vita D deficiency before like 3 times throughout the years but apparently right now it's all good 🫠. Never heard of PMDD before BUT reading it sounds exactly what I go through, so will look into that too. Have had a transvaginal ultrasound too apparently it's all good. Also had a torso CT scan as my pain basically is all over my stomach area, feeling like I get flare ups like 3-4 before my period that builds (again said period usually takes 6-8 weeks instead of 1 month to show when before this year i had always been like clock work near perfect for timing of my periods each month just the pain back then) but pain has always originalised on my right side like where the ovary is, I swear it feels so painful and like a swollen rock at times. And funny things is in Australia qld, you can't see specialists like gyno or endocrinologist without a gp referral 🫠 to which 1 satellite hospital, 1 emergency medical center & a hospital all in the same day suggested but my doctor was like nah... your constipated or have haemorrhoids (cause recently every know and then blood comes as well when passing a stool, which i have kinda always had a tiny amount in the stool since puberty but now days it like 1 or 2 teaspoons of actual blood)... i know I'm not constipated, nor pained when i pass a stool and a doc at the satellite hospital had a feel around finding no haemorrhoids. Gone to another doc, a female doc but she instantly referred to my other doc being a 'good friend' of hers and 'he had done everything', also said 'oh this might all stop as your LoSiNg WeIgHt' which has been repeatedly commented over the years to try and do (failing, only succeeding dur to new meds). I want to slam my head into a brick wall. But again thank you all very much for your suggestions.
