Let me start this off by apologizing as this post may or may not contain a lot of questions and i might kinda ramble abt them!
1) FERTILITY- so i have been trying and trying to conceive with no luck. I was diagnosed with pcos and insulin resistance when i was around 12. horrible, painful, bloody, and long periods. i have tried metformin and that just made me sick and i stopped taking it. fast forward to about 19-20 years old and my periods are very regular. not heavy, 3-5 days, and not as painful. i have tried lots of different supplements, scheduling intercourse, losing 100lbs, and some more things with absolutely no luck.
2) ACNE- again when i was younger my acne used to be horrible. then it started to get better. My skin isn’t horrible all the time now, but like right before and during my period was when my bad breakouts would happen. however just recently my bad breakouts are like the week after my period and it’s EVERYWHERE. painful and even cystic. iv tried mild unscented soap, benzoyl peroxide, hibiclens, as well as other stuff. and i’ve always exfoliated
3) INGROWNS- as stated above i always exfoliate but it’s like my skin is just really thick. i constantly get swollen, painful, and even deep ingrowns. my pubic area is the star of the show but my underarms and legs are not far behind. sometimes even my arms. i try to keep from shaving to prevent the issue and when i do i get the cystic ingrowns that get so painful and long. longer than my pubic hair that actually made an appearance lol. and ofc i’m a picker and i don’t stop until i’m satisfied or it starts to hurt too bad. and i’m just making it worse and worse. tried exfoliating very regularly and using the washes stated above.
Any advice is very appreciated!
