I’ve been diagnosed with PCOS since I was 21. I’m 27 now and I’ve always had full, thick hair on my head my entire life. Even after I was diagnosed my hair was fine. A few months ago my hair started coming out in clumps like I’ve never seen before. I don’t have any bald spots but my hair would be super super thin if it wasn’t already thick. I’ve gotten my thyroid tested and it’s normal, no weight gain/loss either. Has this happened to any one else? I’ve been stressed but not more than usual. Also any remedies you’d recommend? (Without spending too much money)
