I went to go see an endocrinologist today and I’m a little bit defeated. She really confused me.

I went there more for my hormones than my weight. I really hoped she’d recommend what it is to get rid of the PMDD, PCOS, Ovulation Pain, Fatigue, the imbalanced hormones…

She wants to put me on Saxenda & test my blood to see if it’s a good option. That’s about it. She says I have indicators of insulin resistance however she was a woman of few words.

My BMI is at 37, 5 months ago it was 33. So yeah great, it would be nice to get it down but I’m scared to have my period cycle because of what happens with the PMDD.

What should I ask for in my catchup with her and are there better drugs than Saxenda
