The amount of calories I eat in a day are so low, that the Fitness Pal app won't even give me a weight loss projection. Instead, it gives me a warning about how I'm not consuming enough, and how it will not give me any projections unless I consume more.
I told my doctor straight up that I don't eat poorly, nor do I feel like I over eat. So she said, "try weight watchers" and went on and on about taking accountability. Yes. She knows I have pcos. She still thinks that I'm over weight because I just over eat. ðŸ˜
