Unpopular opinion…..I love Metformin. I am currently taking 1000mg daily. I haven’t had any of the stomach upset symptoms. It has COMPLETELY curbed my appetite. I don’t really crave sweets and I forget to eat sometimes. I haven’t been taking it long enough to see if it will help me ovulate (I have been anovulatory for about 6 years). I started at 500mg and my doctor has me increase to 1000mg when I felt comfortable since I was so hesitant to start it. Should I see if I should increase my dose even more?
