Have you ever experienced PMS symptoms for weeks? When did it resolve?
Odd thing, I had thick egg white mucus last month and was extremely horny during this time. I thought that meant I ovulated.
Story:
The first week of PMS symptoms, it was expected because it was the week before my period, according to My Calendar. My PCOS has been well managed in the sense my periods have been consistent/on time.
Second week, the cramps get more intense with occasional spotting. I feel emotional and fatigued. I figured the period is just taking its time.
Entering third week now and the ongoing cramping is getting to me. It aches more now and today, I've spotted the most(dark brown for one wipe, then clear). On top of that, my breasts feel tender. It's hard to concentrate and I wish I could just pause life because I really would love to lounge in bed without any pressing obligations. With a common cold, I'd be expected to take it easy and rest. With PCOS, I'm to power through the pain.
