Hi friends I got diagnosed with pcos about a year and a half ago all though I have known for a lot of my life something wasn’t right. I recently am trying to figure out diet more and am overwhelmed with I have read online. I have tried some diets for a few months (vegan, keto and gluten free) however eating these diets r pretty pricey to keep up with and unfortunately I don’t always have the funds. And it is sometimes hard to keep up with. Is there certain foods or recipes y’all eat to help balance insulin resistance? Food that make u feel worse or better? I was never really taught proper nutrition when I younger so these things are hard for me tbh. Y’all’s help would be greatly appreciated! I would ideally like to lose a bit of weight as well. And even tho my body is in pain a lot of times or I’m too tired I really wanna make more of an effort to heal myself.
