Want to get a PC but don’t know anything about them

As the title implies, I want to get a gaming PC that will allow me to play older games like: Spider-Man Web of Shadows, Ultimate Spider-Man, Spider-Man Shattered Dimensions, Spider-Man Edge of Time, Legend of Spyro trilogy, DBZ Raging Blast 1 and 2, DBZ Battle of Z, Naruto The Broken Bond, and more while also being able to apply mods to them. I’m not looking for the most advanced or high quality PC, just one that’ll allow me to do this stuff with good quality and performance.

So does anyone have any suggestions, explanations, thoughts, or ideas they can offer me? Maybe specific parts I should get because I hear you build one or something like that?
