Is there a way to search amazon for PC component deals?

Is there a way to search through the hundreds of pages of listings for the actual sale items on Amazon? I found this method but it doesn't actually work no matter how much I tried to make it work:
To see which ones are 50 percent off, add &pct-off=50- to the end of the search URL. How about ones that are between 50 and 70 percent off?
Simply add &pct-off=50-70 to the URL, and you’re good to go.
I'd like to make a search, for example, for "ram that's 10% or more off" or "internal PC components 20% or more off" or something along those lines.
Any help is appreciated!
