Advice on how many drives can a 300w PSU take?
Post Body
Hey guys I have a Silverstone DS308. This case can take 8 3.5inch drives and 4 2.5inch drives. I've already installed 2x640gb drives (WD black and Blue) a 500gb Seagate drive that I pulled from an old sky box) I'm planning on adding a Dell h200 and adding 4x either WD 3tb red drives or 3tb iron wolf drives and 4 SSDs to the machine.
I'm wondering if my 300W PSU I got installed at the minute will it cope with a total of 11 drives running 24/7?
The other PC specs is an i5 3470 16gb of ram.
Thanks John
