Getting drunk and building a PC is not a good idea

Yeah, and to think no one would do this, I did! Was too excited and did it anyways. About a year later, today, I did a complete rewire and a little customization with a HAF 932. Ended up reducing temps by 7 degrees at idle and 15 during load.
Some questions: Is PSU better at the top or bottom? Are fan controllers worth getting, or should you just go with the flow?
