RAM austauschen oder einfach hinzufügen

Mein AsRock z790 pg lightning ddr5 Mainboard hat 4 RAM Steckplätze.

Bisher habe ich diesen RAM: 32GB DDR5 5200MHz Kingston FURY Beast Kit DIMM 288-PIN CL40 2x16GB Also sind schon 2 Steckplätze vergeben.

Jetzt zu meiner Frage: Kann ich weiteren RAM in mein Mainboard einbauen, sodass alle 4 Steckplätze belegt sind oder muss ich meinen derzeitigen RAM austauschen, da man nicht 4 Steckplätze gleichzeitig nutzen kann.

Ich würde mich auch über Vorschläge für einen RAM freuen. Ich würde gerne einen 6000 mHz cl30 nehmen.
