Warum ist ein Lüfter lauter?

Hallo, ich habe mir HWMonitor installiert und gesehen, dass es mir 3 Lüfter anzeigt. Dabei ist einer von den dreien signifikant schneller als die anderen beiden (CPU=1700RPM, FANIN1=1400, FANIN=4200), ist das normal so oder könnte das der Grund sein, warum mein PC sehr laut wird unter Last, obwohl ich noch eine MSI 360R V2 AIO verbaut habe? Falls ja, kann man das Problem beheben? (Lüfter: Corsair LL120 Gehäuse: Corsair 4000D Airflow)
