For some reason this feels extremely embarrassing, probably because on some level it is. It's only my second time really using Reddit, how bad can it be?

I'm a guy from a rural area and have always been a bit more introverted/shy. I'm able to go out and talk to people, but anything beyond that has been a bit of a sore spot. Combine that with the fact that I never really got Into social media and you'll have what some would consider "out of the loop". Hell, I never even kissed a girl.

At first I was content but as I started advancing in life I realized I'm not actually meeting people or even really living a proper life as my current job has me pretty wiped out when I'm not working. Though coming up I'm going to have some more free time and I want to grow as a person. I'm getting a new job, going back to school (online for the summer but it's a start), going to Costa Rica for a trip, and ideally "become a man" for whatever that means now.

A bit about myself, I'm a bit of a nerd (and still a virgin? What a shock) so there is everything that comes with that. Movies, video games, etc. I was going to college but joined the air national guard where I'm currently full time but will be getting off orders in April. From there I'm going back to school and going to get certified to be a bartender as a means to still make money. I'm about 5'7, white, from what I’ve been told I’m no too bad looking, decent build (average at worst), and I don't really know what else to say.

I don't want to just rush into something like "I'm free at 2, want to do it?" If anyone is interested then let's get toknow each other a bit first. From there we can see whatwe want to do, no pressure.
