I need advice on meeting cougars who actually like younger guys in Philly!

In NYC, I was part of a semi consistent hotwife / swinger situation, but I feel I have graduated and am ready for more. I'd rather be able to have somewhat of a relationship and contact with the person I'm having sex with, rather than making plans through a 3rd party.

Where are the best places to meet local single women, with some in-bed experience, who actually find pleasure with younger men?
