Where to go to pick up will call ticket?

This is the first year I'm getting my ticket through will call and I'm little stressed because I don't know how it works. When I get past the metal detectors where will I go to pick the ticket up?
I like to get there as soon as the building opens too, not sure if that'll be an issue.
