Been a minute since I posted here. This sub helped motivate me through a few rounds some years back. I've stayed active but felt it was time to do a harder program and get into better shape.
Even though I've done 2 rounds of x1, 2 rounds of x2 and maybe 6 rounds of x3 over the years, it's been about 5 years since I've done x1.
After 1 day, I was reminded how tough x1 is. When I did my first rounds I had no exercise experience and only 16 lb dumbells. I've got a better base of muscle and equipment now. I came out swinging on the sets today and got whooped. Felt like barfing at the end. I had to postpone ab ripper til lunch break.
Nonetheless, I'm feeling good about this round. I'm going to try and have my nutrition on point and give this round 100% (besides a week Vaca break in January).
Hyped to be back in the community. Let's get it.
