90 days ago, I made a commitment to myself to lose 44 pounds by my 44th birthday. No alcohol, changed my eating habits, and the P90X3 program(with some extras and modifications). I had started and stopped so many times I week one memorized.
Happy to say that this morning, the scale read 44.4 pounds less than it did 90 days ago and I am under 300 pounds for the first time in many years. Feeling damn good!
