Need input on upgrades from experienced owners on my P365XL

Looking to add some upgrades to my EDC, mainly to my grip and sights. I have stock 365xl grip and sights

Grip: my pinky dangles on my current grip so I heard the Wilson Combat grip is the way to go… I heard the grip is “FULLER” in the hand but will it be long enough? Open to other suggestions

Sights: heard GREAT things about the EPS carry by Holosun. I bought my pistol in 21’ I heard that the screws doesn’t allow for a flush fit for “newer” model XL. wondering if anyone had any insight on that. Open to other suggestions
