I was losing about 1.5 lbs per week for the first 2 months on Ozempic, totaling 11 lbs. However, I’ve recently hit a plateau that's lasted about 1 month. I’m currently on the 0.25 mg dose and still experience some hunger suppression, but my weight hasn’t changed for about a month. I previously took omeprazole during those 2 months, which caused frequent runs, but my symptoms have since improved.
I’ve been injecting myself without seeing further weight loss. I didn’t increase my dose to 0.5 mg because I was having good results initially and want my pen to last. Instead, I tried adding extra clicks (5 clicks 2 weeks ago and 10 clicks last week) to see if that would help.
I eat healthily, track my macros, maintain a calorie deficit, and have recently increased my protein intake and started exercising now that I have more energy.
What steps should I take to break through this plateau and continue losing weight with Ozempic?
