I'm so sick of the runs. How do I strength train like this?
Post Body

I've been experiencing some side effects since the beginning. I'm tired of it yet sometimes I prefer the runs as I feel like I lose weight, but it's hard to make plans and be out in public. The cramping hits randomly like an emergency warning to run. I haven't gone back to the gym or taken strength training classes because of these stomach issues.

This past week has been better as I was constipated a little longer, it's rare. Which makes me feel more comfortable if I'd go out but the runs came back. I also don't know if water gives me the runs since last time at the gym, all I had was water and got the runs. Yet I have to drink water if I exercise. I think I'm also worried that if I do exercise it's going to stimultate the runs. At the gym, I can step out, but in a class with a personal trainer or instructor, it scares me as the side effects control me. Before GLP1 I'd only do that at home, but now I get the runs.

I'm considering Imodium or Pepto, but I've never taken them and worry about potential damage. As I've always been told it's better to let it empty. It might give me peace of mind if it works.

I like working out and pushing myself but these side effects kinda scare me. They're so frequent and absolutely random out of nowhere. Has anyone had similar experiences and have any advice?
