Is fainting one of the symptoms?

Today there’s a new symptom: I fainted in the bathroom.
Currently on the first dose, began on Wednesday. These days I’ve been having the runs but not bad. Today I felt lightheaded standing. I had just woken up. Seated on the toilet I felt bad like I was sweating and couldn’t stand due to being very lightheaded woke up laying on the floor. Also on my period since yesterday yet don’t think it’s that. Hunger has disappeared for the most part.
