I had already started on Oz. I was probably around 180 in the first picture. I am 150 today. I am 33 and 4'11. I have not increased my dose past 1mg. Exercise is what helped me lose consistently and keep it off. Just wanted to share 😊 it is truly me in all the photos... success is possible on this drug, with dedication and determination.
