Been offered the chance to get a script

Hi, as the title says I've been offered to get a script for ozempic. Since having a child I've put the weight on and I hate it. Issue is I use to ride 300km (maybe 135miles per week), but now I'm too heavy to ride with my mates.
My major concerns are it's going to make feel physically ill and then me being grumpy and will I be able to exercise and feel ok during?
