I'm 24 and want to lose about 40 pounds on Ozempic from 200 to 160. Can I take a lower dose to lose weight more slowly and avoid a saggy face and stomach?

Post Body
Hello; I am 24 years old and am starting Ozempic soon to lose a little bit of my food belly and I am also expecting it may reduce a little bit of my excess facial fat. I was wondering if this is going to cause saggy skin at all. I wondering if I just take a third or half the dose of the medication, if the lesser amount over a longer period of time will allow my skin to adapt. Is this possible?
