For those experiencing palpitations, I was diagnosed with gastric cardia prior to starting Ozempic. Getting heart palpitations if I over ate or just became bloated. It’s too much of a coincidence that a drug that slows gastric emptying (bloating or feeling of fullness) is on the rise.
For those who have it, try a teaspoon of baking soda in a bit of water and wash it down with a big swig of plain water (or a few Tums if you can’t get past the taste). This was my go after my diagnosis and works everytime. MMV Be prepared for the BIGGEST NASTIEST BURPYOUVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! 😂
Not saying this is a “cure” but worked for me.
And remember to take your vitamins and drink fluids with electrolytes. Especially sodium and magnesium!
