Because I'm not a diabetic my private insurance (BC) denied the dr request and appeal for weight loss meds. They said the weight was self induced and there fore...., Ozempic, wegovy, ect. My brother in-law had a 4 month supply that I ended up taken and it worked amazing, I know it wasn't smart but I was desperate. It does something to you chemically that makes you full, It's amazing.
Since being off of it I gained 30 lbs back. It's like my body wants to go back to it's normal weight. Believe me I am trying. The food cravings are just so strong. I do not know what to do. Any advice would be great.
I even tried the compound pharmacy to get the meds at a cheaper price spent 300 a month. Even though it was suppose to be the same active ingredient it was like taken water pills. Big waste of time and money. Anyone else been in the same boat?
I understand nutrition and what I should be eating. I tried Keto, 16/8 IF, Carnivore, Walking in the mornings,
