Starting to get a little concerned: I have to force myself to eat.

Post Body

No matter morning or evening, I'm having to force myself to eat even the smallest amounts. I'm on a 1.0MG dosage and the low-grade nausea is a constant companion, making eating even the smallest amounts of food that I previously enjoyed immensely a chore. The uncomfortable fullness and general uneasiness after eating those small amounts is annoying and I find myself wanting to skip meal times completely, although I know that's not good for my long term health.

I'm enjoying the weight loss aspect of this (almost 20 pounds in 3 months) but I'm just concerned that not eating at all, like I suddenly want to all the time, isn't good for me, either. I have a follow up appt with my PCP tomorrow, I will relay all of this info to her, as well as find out what my AIC sits at, but it's just weird to be on the other side of the spectrum, where before I couldn't eat enough, it seems, now I don't want to eat anything.
