Hi all, I’m on week 3 of Oz. I work on the road a lot, when I have time I get to run home for lunch/supper. That’s far and few most times. Anywho my question what do you do for light food while on road. I pack trail mix and peanuts I keep on me at all times. What is good healthy not so boring road food. Ohhh and what about protein shakes-yes/no good idea? Thx all P.S. I have lost 5lbs small victories. 🎊
