Same shirt April 2023, November 2023 and April 2024. I only went to 1MG dose once a week. I got separated/divorced two years ago and my daughter went off to college in August. I took this opportunity to start working out again. I’ve gotten over 12,000 steps each of the last two days. I hope the pictures show something. I probably still need to lose 20 lbs.
