Because I sure didn’t! I thought I did… but as I hit another milestone today it had me thinking. I weighed in at 207 cw today. First time in 10 years 20- something. SO CLOSE to seeing that 1 at the beginning. Anyways, the LUNGS are the primary organ used to remove body fat. It’s converted to carbon dioxide and we breathe it out. Makes the sulfur burps more understandable 🤣 we also pee it out. But mostly just exhale all that fat! So now that I’m down 43lbs im just picturing burping out all that weight!

4 months on Ozempic. Current dosage: 1mg. SW 250 CW 207 GW 160. I am 5’8.
