Hi everyone! I take semaglutide compounded and have been on it since June. I was on 0.25 for 3 months lost 12lbs, then went up half a dose to 0.375 due to no longer losing weight and having side effects when starting i didn’t want to jump too fast.. we’ll now that’s not working after losing another 4lbs.. so we bumped up to 0.5 (first dose last night) and holy moly the nausea today is almost unbearable. I feel really gross. I don’t even remember feeling this bad when i started it. Is this normal with the 0.5 dose? I thought being on the half dose would help when bumping it but I’m not sure it did anything.

I guess another question- what day is the worst for you symptom wise? I’m worried today is just the beginning of a long week 😩
